Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your private booking with MiniJam you may do so via email.

* One week cooling off period = full refund (minus small transaction fee)

* <14 days prior to the performance date = refund less holding fee (£65) or reschedule

* 0-14 days prior to the performance date = no refund but you may reschedule
